Details about the Award Show

It was the 74th Primetime Emmy Awards. These awards are held each year. This award shows America’s greatest and most remarkable Primetime TV Shows. The winner was chosen by the ATAS (Academy of Television Arts and Sciences), based on their performance from June 1, 2021 to May 31, 20,22. The 74th Primetime Emmy Awards took place this year on Monday, September 12, 2022. The entire event was produced and managed by the Done and Dusted and Hudlin. In April 2022 the ATAS team (Academy of Television Arts and Sciences), announced that an event would take place on September 12, 2022. The event was preceded on the 3rd, and 4th of Sept 2022 by a Creative Arts Ceremony. The ceremony was held by Kenan Thomson, and the announcement was made August 9, 2022.

The event was held in Downtown Los Angeles at the Microsoft Theater. It took almost two years. Covid-19 forced organizers to put the event on hold for a time. They approached Chris Rock, Dwayne, and Kenan Thompson before they agreed to host the program. But they were not satisfied with the offer. Finally, the list was released on July 12, 2022. The list includes many prime shows like Succession (Ted Lasso), The White Lotus, and others.

The most awaited show was aired live at NBC and streamed via peacock streaming at 8 p.m. ET. You can also view the whole event on YouTube TV, Hulu and Sling TV. The organizers also broadcast the event on Sling TV, Direct TV and Fubo TV. Succession received the most nominations for this year. They enlisted them in 25 categories nominations. In addition, HBO Max and HBO Max were nominated for 140 nominations. They topped the list nominations.
