1. Dangal
This 2016 multi starer biographical sports film tops the list. It is based on the life of the Phogat sisters, Geeta and Babita Phogat, and their father Mahavir Singh Phogat and stars Aamir Khan, Sanya Malhotra, Fatima Sana Shaikh, Zaira Wasim, and Sakshi Tanwar.
2. Bajrangi Bhaijaan
The second one on the list is this 2015 comedy-drama movie, starring Kareena Kapoor Khan and Salman Khan. The film movie revolves around an ardent Hanuman devotee and his journey to Pakistan to return a lost small and mute Pakistani girl to his parents and hometown.
3. Secret Superstar
Kiran Rao and Aamir Khan produce this 2017 Zaira Wasim starer movie. It is an adorable family movie about a teenage girl who amid social issues like domestic violence dreams of becoming a famous singer one day and uploads a video song on YouTube and goes viral.
4. PK
Another Aamir Khan starer movie on the list. Directed by Rajkumar Hirani, this 2014 comedy-drama film also starring Anushka Sharma and Sushant Singh Rajput is about an alien who lands on Earth on a research mission, but loses his remote. The movie takes us through his journey on Earth while finding his remote.
5. Sultan
This 2016 sports drama is another Salman Khan movie on the list and casts Anushka Sharma opposite him. It is a heart-winning love story of two fictional wrestlers that focuses on the life of Sultan Ali Khan, the character played by Salman, and the rift created in his personal life due to his career.
6. Sanju
This 2018 biographical film directed by Rajkumar Hirani is based on the Bollywood actor Sanjay Dutt, the son of veteran actors Sunil Dutt and Nargis Dutt. It stars Ranbir Kapoor as Dutt and casts Paresh Rawal, Dia Mirza, Vicky Kaushal, Anushka Sharma, Sonam Kapoor, and Jim Sarbh.
7. Padmaavat
This 2018 multi starer period drama directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali is loosely based on the epic poem written by Malik Muhammad Jayasi, “Padmavat.” It is about Padmavati, the Rajput queen of Mewar, who was known for her beauty and Khilji emperor Alauddin Khilji, Like its prequel, Katrina Kaif is cast opposite Khan in this film, and they bost reprise their respective roles, taking the story forward.
8. Dhoom 3
A third Aamir Khan starer film on the list! This 2013 action thriller movie is the sequel of Dhoom and Dhoom 2 and thus the third movie of the Dhoom series. It casts Aamir Khan in a dual role as the antagonist, and just like the two prequels, Uday Chopra and Abhishek Bachchan play the protagonists.
9. War
This 2019 action thriller movie starring Hrithik Roshan and Tiger Shroff is about an Indian soldier assigned to eliminate a major who is believed to have gone rogue and also happens to be his mentor. This hardcore action movie is packed with several intense action sequences and one of the top-grossing Bollywood movies.
